Have been with Goosehead for over 3 years. They saved me money and gave me better coverage than I had with Allstate. The agents always answer my questions and have taught me more about insurance than any other insurance company. some of the reviews here are people that dont take responsibility for their insurance. Anytime I ask them to shop my insurance again because it goes up. I reach out And someone and takes care of it. When I call There 800 number theyre always very friendly and if they cant help me they always find someone who can. No one is perfect sometimes people get busy there because they very good at what they do. They have a lot of customers so I understand they sometimes take a little longer but anytime Ive had to wait eventually things got taken care of.. Overall, my experience has been great. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to save money And have an entire team of people to help out you dont have to just depend on one agent like with Allstate. Yes, they charge an agency fee, but its worth it to not have to call a bunch of insurance companies every time I wanna try to find insurance and if I have any claims or questions or billing issues, everythings all right there in there kind of company they take care of it so youre not calling a call-center thats on the other side of the world. I will happily pay the agency fee to get the kind of service that I get and have everything all in one place

Horrible customer service!!!! You get nothing but the run around with this insurance company. I would not choose them for any of your needs!

This is the best insurance company Ive ever had to deal with. They are amazing and have the best agents and super fast service department agents, the products are awesome. They have such a great amount of insurance companies they work with, and they can save you money and give you the best service.
