Reading the other reviews here, Im shocked. Something has definitely happened to Chris in the past three months because the customer service my family received felt like an absolute CON by the end of our encounter with Chris. He definitely sold us something we did not get. He was supposed to start on a Wednesday(3/20), that he chose, but he had truck issues. Not a big deal but it kept dragging that hes getting it fixed and so on and so on. Well he finally did show the next day Thursday (3/21) at 5:15 in the evening. He worked til dark something he was proud of but when you start two hours before dark, its really not that impressive. ESPECIALLY when you leave a giant mess that youre supposed to clean up but due to a concert Friday (3/22) evening, he just couldnt make it back until Monday (3/25) to finish. He left giant branches with limbs well above my head and some at eye level with my young son all over our yard. Well Chris never returned. Bad weather on Monday pushed him back to 8AM Tuesday. Well 8AM Tuesday came and went. He never called and never picked up for almost four hours. When I figured Id gotten screwed out of some money I gave him Thursday night and was gonna get stuck with the piece of equipment he rented from Herc Rentals, I called Herc to see my options. Found out that Chris had given them a bad card and they were trying to get payment from him. He told them he was working with the equipment all weekend and hadnt been paid yet to put money on the card he gave them. Well that was a lie. Chris put 3 hours of work on the lift and never returned. I had Herc come pick their equipment up. Chris did finally call that he was on the way and he yet again had another excuse for his tardiness and lack of communication but at this point, with all the obvious lies hed told before and the information learned about the rental, theres not a chance Id trust him on my property again.

They cut down a tree that was close to my house. Tree was dead and I didn't want it falling on my house. They did a great job!!! I recommend them 100%

Did a great job trimming my oak tree in my front yard. Performed the work as expected.

He did a good job cutting down our 48 " red oak but failed to tell us he did not have the equipment to haul it off. He also rutted up my land and didn't have the equipment to grade it back . I've had to clean up after the job myself and grade my land by hand, and I'm 58 years old.

Had a tree limb fall on/against the house. Called Chris he was at my house in 30min, his crew had the tree mess cut up and halled off Same day....... Same Day Service Service: Tree trimming & pruning
