Worst customer service this morning. I order a triple bundle and when I asked for my fries manager said I did not specified I want the fries. She raced her voice and asked me to leave the place or will call the police. Triple bundle comes with fries always. She needs to be trained a have better customer service. I said I only need my fries so she aske me to pay for them!! She was super rude.

They prefer to get the drive thru first,then you get your food.need more ways to order food.and only one cashier. So be Patient Food : 3/5 | Service : 3/5 | Atmosphere : 2/5 More

TBH I personally don't eat at McDonald's but my grandkids do. But in Whitesboro Texas: The hostess, who is of 'grandmother age', that brought our food out to the truck in front of us, and gave us their order was very professional, very sweet and engaging when she realized the mix-up. My grandkids said she was nicer than me, as a grandmother role, lol. Just minutes before, we had the worst service I've EVER encountered at the Whataburger across the street. They are my next review, I honestly never do bad reviews, But I won't be going back to that Whataburger. Thank you grandmotherly hostess at the Whitesboro McDonald's for making my grandkids happy Kid-friendliness: They're always kind when serving.

Grabbed some food on my way home. Staff were nice, however got home my daughter was eating her French fries and found someone's earing in the fry box. Needless to say we live 30mins away and we threw that box of fries away.
