Central Bank - American Fork

The lady was condescending to me. I simply asked for my account balance and she asked me twenty different security questions, and I heard their staff laughing at me in response to everything that I said. Literally everything. They laughed at me spelling and pronouncing my name, my answers to various security questions, and it was just uncalled for. I'm shocked at how utterly unprofessional they were.

As small banks get merged with larger and larger national banks and become harder and harder to come by, Central Bank remains as the model of what banks should be - pillars of the community that get to know you as an individual and can work with you on your needs for your exact circumstances, and help you with your specific financial goals. I really can't say enough good things about Central Bank. I trusted them for years while running a small business and the level of service they provided me and my business was not matched, even remotely, by any other bank. A very big thank you - especially to Greg, Steph, and Kami - for all that you have done for me and my business!

Love this branch!! Banking here is the way it was intended. Friendly and accomodating staff that are always available to take care of the customer. They also actually answer their phones! They have staff that stay and know who you are when you walk in! Central Bank is my bank!! Thanks for always taking such great care of me.
