Budget Car and Truck Rental

Worst place possible avoid at all costs. I went in to get my reservation and they wont allow third party credit cards and require a bunch of information to use debit cards.

A 1 only because I couldn't leave a ZERO rating. Tried to rent from here 3 different times now and every single time something goes wrong. I knew last night it wouldn't work out, so I called to verify the rental and it got disconnected 4 times. I finally gave up and trusted that the reservation was valid and it would work. Went this morning at 8 am to get the car and THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT AVAILABLE. This is the THIRD time I've gone to pick up a car there and it wasn't available. They said they tried to call me the night before and it went to voice mail so that was that, I guess. They tried the night before an 8am pick up to let me know. PURE TRASH. What is the point of a reservation????? Booked a few weeks ago for what reason?? GARBAGE COMPANY

I am disappointed with my treatment with this location and budget overall. Theyre a huge company and you cant call this location directly to just talk to someone that works there and knows you. We were going to be late to return the vehicle so I called customer service to let them know, on the call I was redirected to someone that knew very little English, they also told me false information about other options of returning the vehicle. Arriving to see if there was any chance of their being a drop box, I saw a 24hour Budget was in the Provo airport and this location in AF redirected me to Provo. I showed up to the counter no one was there, I left the key in the drop box and a couple hours later I received a day charge with no explanation as to why. I left my contact info. All around a messy story. This location closes too early and when I went in to talk to employee, she said she couldnt help me because she has no control over charges, she cant even rent out a car from her computer. Worst car rental experience ever. 0 stars

First of all, the representative we worked with at your American Fork store was great, her name was Kaylie I believe. And the vehicle, once we got it, was also great. Those were the only great things about our experience with Budget. We arrived at our scheduled time last Friday, 8:00 AM, but our vehicle was not there. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the vehicle to arrive. Then, once the vehicle arrived, then the computer system was not working, so we had to wait longer. And there was not a paper option, we had to just wait for the computer. It was over an hour delay by the time the computer system was back up and we got on our way. This delayed our trip schedule and was very frustrating. To add to the frustration, when I called your customer service number this morning, I first got one set of choices to choose from, then had to wait, which is normal, but then after waiting for a while, I got another set of choices for your Atlanta office and none of them seemed to be for customer service. So that is why I am emailing you. Overall, your customer service was very poor.
