We just inspected the job they did on our house. Six rooms, a hallway, and two sets of stairs. I am so impressed! I will buy from them again without hesitation!

I would be giving a bad review because twice, on 2 different occasions they promised to call me back with a custom price and they never called. However, neither did a competitor store. I like that they include tax in their price quote. That makes them a little cheaper than others more straight forward for in-stock carpet, however, I am not happy with the installers. They worked late to get the job done but the seams are clearly visible and I had to fix several lumps and folds around the exterior. The installers told me they were not regular blackhurst installers but called to get an extra job. Don't know if this is standard practice
