Farmers Insurance - Judson Law

I had been a customer of Farmers Insurance for years. My previous agent, who was wonderful, retired and I was transferred to Judson Law. I have never met or corresponded with Judson in the years since that change aside from the impersonal emails that are bulk sent. I reached out to Judson for a quote on insurance for a home that I was purchasing and ended up working with Dan Ellinger (who is either an associate or employee of Judson, thus the five star review). Instead of providing me the quote of coverage, Dan went ahead and put it into place without my consent. I never even signed the document to confirm coverage. I chose to go a different way for coverage and have been continuously billed for coverage I didn't agree to. I received a collection notice for the amount I "owe", even after I tried working with Dan to rectify the situation. As far as I am concerned, one star is too many. Be warned that communication will be minimal and you might end up with something you didn't agree to working with this agency.

Judson's own father backed into my car. Admitted to myself, and the police, that it was completely his fault. He told me about his son owning a Farmers Insurance branch and called him right on the scene. They assured me that they'd take full responsibility and have my car fixed. Not the case any more... I am not seeking anything other than I want my brand new car fixed in the places that were hit. I would think owning a branch and wanting to make a good name for yourself would mean something. Really disappointing that there aren't good people out there in the world anymore. Will have to go through my own insurance, pay my deductible, potentially have my rates go up - all for something that wasn't my fault.

Hands down, absolutely fantastic insurance agents. Saved us $$, increased our coverage, and extremely responsive. What more could you ask for?
