        2nd time coming here, felt uncomfortable both times when I dropped off/ picked up my dog. The man at the desk was very rude and distracted while I was there. There were some pricing discrepancies and when I was trying to figure out why it was so much more, he threatened to upcharges me right there for temperament issues with my dog. Felt unprofessional from the start. Dont plan on coming back.

        I was very upset with how I was treated at this place. I tried it twice but never again. The first time they nicked my dog pretty bad under the leg. Not to mention how difficult it was to even make the appointments. And when I brought it up I got told well we had growing pains and excuses also got told the customer is not always right. This is true but the customer never deserves a lecture from someone who just needs to feel all the power and cant take any feed back!
