I spoke with Kevin over the phone about coming out to give my home a good lookover and was ready to pay for his services as I was convinced that it just wasn't worth what was written in the books for taxes. He took the time to ask me questions and used his resources to be sure that a paid visit would be worth his and my time and money. At the end of the conversation I understood that it was accurate and that a paid visit would not likely change the value. I appreciated him taking the time to hear me out and not taking advantage of possibly taking my money without changing the outcome. I would highly recommend using KC Appraisals services as I feel that it is run by a person of integrity.

I needed an appraisal in a hurry to meet a deadline, and Kevin made it happen. He was flexible and was able to work around my schedule. He also was quick to return the information. On top of that, he is a great guy and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Kevin to friends and family.

Kevin was prompt, professional and capable in appraising my home prior to a court case during my divorce. Two opposing appraisers were literally put on the stand, including Kevin, and questioned and cross-examined by attorneys. Kevin's appraisal was not only significantly higher than the other appraisal (an implicit benefit to me), but also withstood the scrutiny of the opposing attorneys in front of the judge. In the end, the judge sided with Kevin's appraisal saying, "I just find it more credible." No split down the middle, just Kevin's appraisal. Thanks to Kevin for the court win. Highly recommend Kevin when you want the best appraisal of your home and it needs to withstand efforts of others to cast doubt.
