Mobile RV Pro worked on our motorhome. Worked on the slide and the automatic leveling system. Started last March of 2023 so it would be ready for the summer camping season. They were full paid in March. In June we went to use our motorhome and the parts Mobile RV Pro said they repaired and said they tested after there repair DID NOT WORK at all. Nothing they said they repaired work, it worked prior to there repair just not well. After the repairs it did not work at all. We called and eventually they returned and did get the slide to work after numerous calls and complaints they retuned 6 months after the initial first repair. Slide was as I said eventually fixed, automatic leveling system still did not work. Mobile RV Pro claimed they repaired the leveling system! They have not, we called and Mobile RV Pro finally 10 months after the first repair after much complaints they tried to call the manufacturer but never followed through to get answers from the manufacturer. We complained about their service, they did order a part but ordered the wrong part. Aaron there tech said he would order the correct part and return to complete the repair and finally get the system to work like it was designed. That was last December. Today I call to see when they are returning Crystal there office staff stated they would not be returning was TOTALLY Unprofessional hung up on me. Aaron there tech is pleasant enough to deal with Crystal is a very POOR representative of the company!!! I believe they are competent with very minor repairs. The more technical and larger components of a RV or motorhome are WAY beyond there skill or qualifications. Avoid Mobile RV Pro at all costs. I would give them a negative rating if possible, fraudulent business and totally incompetent staff. We have Good Sams insurance they billed Good Sams claiming they repaired the RV, fraudulently billed for completed work but have yet to make the agreed upon repairs. I am lodging a complaint with Good Sams insurance about the payment to Mobile RV Pro for taking payment without completing the work or repairing the problem. Do Not Use Mobile RV Pro. Thanks for your response. You are correct Aaron is a good tech. Where you err is I never refused to have Aaron return to diagnose further the problem. On the contrary we tried numerous times to reach you guys and have Aaron check the system out. You guys never returned Aaron always stated he would return and get answers. Crystal is a problem and not a good face for your business. Fact of the matter is from Aarons first work on the leveling system it has not worked. Not at all. Prior to your work on the leveling system it did work. Now nothing. I wish you well, I will not use or refer anyone to your business.

Pulled into Hurricane KOA to find I had a hydraulic leak. Called a number of mobile RV service companies, but Mobile RV Pro were the only ones who could make it out same day (lucky me - they had a cancellation!). Jay arrived within an hour, and soon diagnosed the problem - a crimped o-ring. Then he went the extra mile to pull the breather cap and clean out the threads - he could have left that for me but didnt. I highly recommend Mobile RV Pro - fast, reasonably priced, friendly, and professional! Thanks Jay, and thanks Mobile RV Pro!

I just wanted to thank mobile rv pro for they're customer service and technicians. Called them up with an electric problem on my travel trailer they got to me within a week. Arron did an amazing job diagnosing the electric problem and not just going forward with the work before discussing it with me. I asked arron numerous questions about rv trailer problems and maintenance which he had no problem going over with me in detail. He had our electrical problem solved in a couple of hours and now me and my family can get back to camping and hunting this year! Thank you aaron and rv pro!

I must be getting OLD. $150 per hour. Plus $65 just to drive out to you. I was charged $145 for them to show up and say yep your awning motor is bad. Then said theyd send me a bid that showed up for another $366 parts and labor. I need to up my rates as a contractor or get into this Mobile RV repair business. $511 to replace a $90 awning motor? Not today Jr!

My wfe and i are full time RVers. We usually don't stay in one place too long. When we need repairs, we do our best to stick around. That said, last year Aaron solved our hydraulic leak, which included having a new hose made (twice, see below). We were very grateful. This all took a few days. This year he spent 1.5 hours examining the list we had, repairing nothing. After a few days I was told he couldn't come back until July 12th to do the actual repair. Since we have appointments in South Dakota, we couldn't stay. I admit I didn't mention we were leaving the area July 1st. Note that my initial contact was June 6th which seemed like plenty of time to do what we needed. Bottom line, tell them your whole situation or plan to be disappointed. One more thing, if any repair involves a measurement, make sure Aaron measures twice, rather than guessing. Both times, this year and last, his guesses were wrong. Hard to say if we'll use them next year when we're back in Utah. Good luck. ************ UPDATE: We had reason to return to Utah. Aaron was able to finish the repair we needed. He's a great guy. The only issue still remaining is communication. Their system had us in the wrong RV Park. It all worked out inspite of the issues.

Allen,We have appreciated your business and if I may clarify some things. 1. When we originally came out to work on your leveling system it had damaged sensors on it that would prevent it from going down. Those sensors were replaced and your warranty company was billed for that labor and parts as it was working in March.2. As you mentioned it was not working in June, and we came out to diagnose the leveling system again without billing you. As the issue was a different issue than the sensors this time. 3. You're also correct that we were having a difficult time getting a hold of the manufacturer of the leveling system. 4. You were able to get a hold of the manufacturer of the leveling system and they told you what they thought the problem was and you asked us to run it through your warranty. You refused to allow Aaron to come back and verify that was the issue.5. We sent you a text message stating that if this doesn't work you should take it to a shop for a second opinion. We also were willing to waive your warranty deductible and all you were going to have to pay was the $20.55 in taxes for this repair. Here is the text message that was sent to you:"Allen I spoke with the owner and he will waive the remainder of your deductible but there is tax due on the part of 20.55 that you will have to pay and there is no waiving that. Also we will not warranty this repair as it was not our diagnostic and if it does not fix the issue we will decline further diagnosing the problem and ask that you take it to a shop or get a second opinion."6. Because the repair did not fix the issue we did not bill Good Sams for this repair and we currently have an open invoice for $400 that we have not billed you or your warranty company for. The payments from your warranty company have been for your slide out issue that is working and for the sensors that were damaged.7. We are sorry that you are having issues with your leveling system, we have spent multiple hours with Big Foot and at your place trying to diagnose it without billing anyone. Aaron is a wonderful tech and has worked on many leveling systems. As we mentioned back in November it would be worth you getting your RV into another shop for a second opinion.8. Our employee did hang up on you that when she explained that you should get a second opinion, just like you were informed in November, you began yelling at her.

Sione, we appreciate you taking the time to write a review. When you called in our rates were explained to you. We do not believe in hiding our fees. Our fees are consistent, if not less than what a dealer chargesWe charge a $65 service call fee which is once per job. This covers our travel time to come out and diagnose the issue. Our hourly rate is $150 an hour for labor and diagnostic. We’re sorry you were not clear on those charges, when we listened to the recording they were clearly explained.

Lawrence, after reviewing your situation, I'm sorry we couldn't accommodate your turn around. When you first contacted us we got you the first appointment that we could and you're right, it was a couple weeks out. We gave you an estimate 2 business days later, which you subsequently denied. We were unaware of your time constraints, we do our best to get jobs completed as soon as possible.I'm sorry we could not accommodate you this time. It's always helpful to know when you're planning on leaving so we can work around those.
