I worked for ROI in Lindon Utah, and I had the opportunityto work for them from home just until recently. I did a great job for them 99.9 % of the time. I started on the Chegg Campaign for them , and had good attendance and did well on the omnichannels of customer service for them and right before my 90 days was up I was transferred to a different project along with several others. thus was dissatisfying to meso I turned in my notice and quit and they put i was terminated ,in which was false. i was asked to come back to the Chegg Campaignby leadershipa few days later,and said yes. So i worked for them for another two months and a half, until I was recently told I was fired because in a coaching with my team captain, Natalie Gittins ,she said I was saying racial slurs , in which is a Lie, and I was fired upon hearsay than proper investigation into the matter in which my innocence in the situation would have proven to be valid. also they said I was rude to a customer because I told her it is a person's responsibility to keep up with the transactions going through their personal banking accounts, because there were angry people calling in claiming over drafts and frauds on employees that work there, in which is very unhealthy for an advocate to go through. I was discriminated against. and they took most of my pay from me as well in whichi feel is unfair and illegal. they do not offer a job of stability particular people, there is unfair things going on within this Chegg Campaignand the leadership on the Chegg project that needs to be investigated legally. if u are looking for temporary employment, this company will provide that, but no longevity for most . very unprofessional companyto work for.
