Every time I going to the branch which is weekly the line is out the door and the line doesnt move. I was just in there for 20 minutes with out the line moving and left. We had two branches in Cedar City and they closed the second. This is a joke hire more employees or open the old branch back up or I will move all my assets to Mountain America.

Waited 20 minutes and there was a huge line of people and there was one dude that was just walking around, standing there and was super creepy close behind the cashier people. He wouldnt give them space and just stood there watching instead of helping!

This bank from top to bottom is unprofessional and poorly ran to say the least ! A 2.7 approval rating is undeserving to say the least . A 1 or under would be more of a representation of their services!

Ordered a debit card in August. Its November and I still havent gotten it.

I would not use this bank. I booked an appointment for 1pm and it is almost 3pm. I have been sitting here for 3 hours. If you wanna waste your time while you could be hanging out with your family or doing something more productive than do NOT come to this bank. There service sucks.THIS MAN HAS BEEN SITTING HERE FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS AND HAS TAKEN TO LONG.
