Best Western Plus Cedar City

My experience with this location is as follows. 1 Travelling from Northern Utah to Hurricane and finally the new Mc done in Cedar City for work inspections. My employer asked to put me up in a room in Cedar City. I asked them to choose a Best Western. The contacted the Best Western Plus in Cedar City and made the reservation for me. 2. I later contacted this location and asked to add my rewards information for this stay so I could receive credit for this stay towards my next tier. I was immediately informed that I could not add my rewards because of the reservation being made my employer. She stated that this is the new policy as of the last week. 3. I contacted rewards customer service and the initial reservation made by my employer) was canceled and a new one was created with my rewards account. 4. Upon my check in and arrival I met with Staelie, and I requested that the credit card authorization form be emailed to my h r office person. Shortly thereafter I contacted to confirm if AMY received the email and she informed me that she had not. I again politely asked Stealie to resend the form. She stated she would send a second time, and I proceeded to check into my room. Next morning while checking out, I asked the new gentleman that was covering the front desk if he had received the signed credit card authorization form, and he said he had not received anything. He stated, "that's wierd" after him trying to figure out what happened.... Staelie popped out of the office, got back on the computer, and the form was finally sent (third times a charm)at 7:08 AM this morning as I was checking out. Too late to get it signed as noone is in the office until after 8:00 AM. In conclusion, the customer service shared with me at this location was worth

We booked a king suite that should have had a couch and coffee table. We had a bed and a outdated fabric chair and a mismatched leather like foot stool. The room was very outdated it was like walking into the 1970s. Not worth the price we paid.
