We called for a hot water tank removal and install a new one. They gave us a date, for a Monday at 10AM. When they didn't sho w my husband called. Oh, it was for Wednesday not Monday. We also wanted water tested for a water purifier. Reminded the woman again. She said, they would bring one out. That didn't happen. They did not bring one because they were never told. They came on Wednesday, late, and installed the new hot water tank (we requested a 50 gal but they only brought a 40 - OK it is what it is. We haven't had hot water for over a week). They leave I wait the 45 minutes for shower. Guess what??? NO WATER! We called and we were told about another water turn off they forgot to turn on. We turn on. We wait the 45 minutes again for the tank to fill and get hot water. NO HOT WATER. We call do facetime to try to see if the problem is obvious. NO. They say, they will send a guy out who will be close at 12 noon the next day. NO SHOW. We call then, guess what, another guy will be there at 3:30??? They are here. Will they be able to fix or do we wait another week or two for hot water? Service: Water tank installation

Dennis and Aaron were awesome! Went out of their way to install a difficult sized sink. Spent extra time explaining everything and making sure the install was perfect. Extremely professional and will have them install a water softener later this month! Service: Faucet installation

Thank you guys, once again, for helping with this temperamental hot water heater, & for showing up days than earlier than expected! It means so very much knowing your company actually cares about people and getting ones household back to operating conditions.

I called Jackson plumbing on Monday Morning needing them as soon as possible to come out and look at our plumbing. Had already had someone in Beaver look at at at it and was desperate with family in town. We could not use the washer, one bathroom, or the bathtub. They were so kind beginning with the receptionist at Jackson plumbing . They had somebody out here within two hours. They let me know when they were on their way. Sam came out and did an awesome job. He did not give up on a difficult situation. He even was able with help to get the snake up on top of our roof to snake out the vent drain which was apparently the problem. What I like best about Sam was that he was persistent, kind and very willing to go above and beyond and what a blessing he was to us In this matter. Thank you Sam and thank you Jackson plumbing.
