This was an easy process and worked exactly as it was explained to me. After doing a walk through of my home, we sat down the same day and came to an agreement on the price. We also chose a closing date about three weeks out. I needed a little more time to move and vacate the property which the gladly built in to the contract. The closing happened right on schedule. It went as well, if not better than I could ever have expected.
