Imperial Window & Door

The cable came off our garage door and wouldn't close. We called Imperial and they sent a guy out to fix it. They charged $204 for the cable to be fixed and to torque the springs. The door still made weird noises. Less than a year later, the same cable broke. This time the door nearly came off the rails. Called Imperial to see if they could fix it since they attempted to before. So, sorry, they are too busy to come help. It's okay though because the guy from Elite came out and looked at the issue and said the previous repair man was an idiot! The springs weren't torqued properly and the cable was attached wrong. They fixed it for us at a fraction of what Imperial charged! Door sounds great! I do NOT recommend Imperial! Call Elite instead!

Imperial installed 3 windows in my home and they look and function perfect! Jerry and Jesse did a great job installing. Smooth and easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend imperial window and door

Do not use imperial window I have ordered a lot of windows through them and I had a good relationship but then a project went bad and wasnt able to just pay them clear up and and we agreed to make payments which I was doing and they sent it to collections not only that they costed me thousands of dollars waiting for them to get the windows to my projects. All I can say is do not use imperial window.
