This community is a beautiful place to live and to enjoy. The experience of living here was fabulous until it started getting closer and closer to the end of our lease.
I have never lived in an apartment complex where I felt so harassed by management or by its residents. The rudeness that management has and lack of empathy towards tenants is horrible. I, along with other tenants, would receive condescending and targeted emails about random things. I even had an issue one month involving Centerville Police and Destiny took it upon herself to inform the whole complex of the dos and donts while being here, spilling my business to ALL other 6-7 UNITS. I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff in such a high-end community, you would think that you would be treated well.
Sending out invoices on a Monday and then threaten to send me to collections that same day? What a joke. I was never once late on a rent payment nor did I refuse to pay the PooPrints fee when I accidentally left my dogs poop on the facilities. I paid in full on time, every time.
I also have never lived in an apartment complex where I never received a security deposit and actually had to PAY to move out. We cleaned the apartment sufficiently but management felt strongly enough to charge anyways just because she didnt appreciate us living there. Our security deposit was $500, move out fees ended up being $680.
