We were up a creek without a paddle when our Acorn Stairlift battery died, and Acorn couldn't help us until some undetermined date in the future, for which they were supposed to call us. After three days of my calling them, I Googled "stairlifts in Ogden Utah" and found Lifeway Mobility. I phoned on Friday. Brent came Monday at 12:30, and we had our batteries that afternoon--not approved by Acorn, but perfectly fine because we also bought a new Bruno stairlift. The service is professional and punctual.

Darijum came out last week to service our son's old Bruno stairlift that quit working. He tried everything, but let us know it was dead! We set up an appointment to install a new one. and they rearranged things so they could get out a day earlier. (since our son is unable to come upstairs without his stairlift) Darijum & Mike were very friendly and polite. They made sure we understood everything before they left. (the guarantee, how to operate, and when to call the company with any questions) We have been calling Accessible since 2015, and will continue to do so. Very please with this company and their technicians.
