How on earth do you contact these people? I've been trying most of the day... get put on hold each time and hang up after half-hour, because all I'm hearing is dead air and I'm afraid I was disconnected half-hour ago. We need my husband's test results back NOW, as they will probably save him a trip to the ER. Since no one has called us with them, I have been trying to call THEM. I wish they were closer, and I'd drive over... but somehow, I don't think that would do any good, either.

My wife, who works at the University of Utah hospital, stood at the check in desk for 10 minutes and the pharmacist had to go find the guy in charge of checking people in. After another 5 minutes of waiting the guy shows up and isn't apologetic at all about the very long wait. He does a poor job at showing any empathy toward my wife, who recently crashed on her road bike and couldn't use her arm, or anyone for that matter. Then we sat in the waiting room for another 10 minutes before we even saw the doctor who was supposed to help us. We were the only ones in the waiting room for the whole time we waited. Others didnt show up until we had been called back finally. Very slow and ignorant help.

The instacare is terrible, the family practice isn't bad. I had to go back three times to get a simple thing taken care of I have an extremely infected finger, at first they didn't even prescribe a painkiller then the next day I came back and paid another 100 bucks they prescribed a painkiller that only kind of works for 1.5 hours to 3 hours but you can only take it every six hours, I went back again to change my antibiotic because I'm allergic to what they prescribed me and asked them if it's normal to have the painkiller be so ineffective, they basically told there was nothing they can do. I just dont really feel like they listen well to my medical issue. I'm paying for this out of pocket, no insurance so I don't go to the doctor unless it's a absolute emergency so to have the staff not really listen to me when I say I'm at a pain lever 7 really pisses me off. I guess I should've just ate moldy bread and hit up the liquor store, that would've been more effective than going to the clinic.
