I would be very careful using this company. The project was completed and turned out to be what I wanted. However, when I met with the owner to go over the project, I pointed out certain things that would need to be addressed. Once I received the bid I called and asked of this included the items we discussed. Once it got to that point and he came back to the job site, he had failed to include these items and kept adding to the bid. His concrete contractor did a good job but they left a very messy job site rinsing their concrete tools off in my grass. Needless to say, I am still picking up chunks of concrete. His guy who built the stairs and railing was exceptional and did a fantastic job. I would just be very careful and make sure his bid includes everything because he does try to add these on later

I have used MBL Construction for years, both in my personal home as well as referring to several of my real estate clients. Shane and his team are professional and do a phenomenal job.
