      Unfortunately for you, we have recorded calls and text messages that prove otherwise. The only thing you're correct about is our terminating you as a client and that was due to your extreme unprofessionalism, in belittling my secretary to the point of tears then insulting me for missing work while I grieved over the death of my mother. As a business owner, I value my staff and keeping a positive workplace over helping any irate, low-life, druggie clients like you who think they know all about how my industry works.BTW, we made sure to warn your new insurance agent what they could expect from you. Good Riddance!
