Thought I might have to replace my 24 year old furnace, but John did an excellent job and took the time to diagnosis the problem, which luckily had an inexpensive fix. When I do need a new furnace, I'll be calling Genuine Comfort!

I highly recommend signing-up for annual service for AC (Spring) and Furnace (Fall) by Genuine Comfort. For example: During the annual service this year, John W. saved me from needing a whole new furnace by finding a small crack that was leaking condensation, which could have resulted in significant problems. He takes pride in his work, treats my furnace as if it was his own, and clearly communicates what is going on. I have consistently experienced the same level of service from all their team members, and I choose to continue their annual service year after year. Worth every penny and peace of mind!

The technician, John, who performed our fall tuneup was great. I like to watch the people providing most services we have done and he had no problem with me looking over his shoulder. He told me what he was doing and earned my trust in what he said and recommended. I will definitely have them return. Service: Heating system maintenance
