        Couldnt be happier with Echo! Very seldom have service (or any other) issues, but when I do, the technicians are always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. Today Matt quickly solved my internet problem, showed me how to utilize features on my tv and then, figured out why the speakers to my computer werent working (a completely unrelated issue)! Love the price and the quality of my internet also.
