We had lights installed on September 12, 2023. The next day I notified the company that 11 of the bulbs were burned out. Additionally, I let the owner know about some shingle damage done by the installers. He said he would put us on the schedule to get the bulbs fixed. After two months of being on the schedule without any replacement of the burned out lights, I notified the owner on November 16, that we were still waiting for the lights to be replaced. At this point, there were 15 burned out lights. The owners response was, Thank you for the reminder! Most of our guys are working tomorrow and well get that taken care of That was two weeks ago. We havent seen or heard from the company since then. I dont think I should have to keep reminding them. Ive done so twice already. We paid for the service in full back in September.

These folks are great. Their prices are reasonable and the products are high quality. They keep their appointments and the installation is very professional. Highly recommend them.

I love this company they have been doing our house now for a couple of years and we absolutely love them. We wanted to change colors this year and they were so reasonable and willing to do that and theyre always willing to come out to fix any issues that we have. I have recommended them to family and friends and I will continue to do so.
