Tom and his team were professional, great communicators, and they simply got the job done. Our situation was somewhat unique, and least to my non-mortgage world eyes, and they made the whole process seamless and ultimately successful.         Nothing but trouble with this company applying payments correctly, collecting too much escrow money, and now they have failed to pay our homeowners insurance. Can't wait to be rid of them in 30 days!

        Pray that this company never services your loan. They tool over my loan in 09/2019 and I have been trying to update my hazard insurance ever since. I have been on hold for HOURS! waiting for reps to answer. I have been told by 5 different reps that the update would be done and here we are 1/2020 and still paying hazard insurance to dead air. I have sent in all required documents asked of me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will stall any chance they get.
