Utah Physical Therapy - Centerville

At time of writing, all reviews are 5 stars, which sounds about right. Everyone is so friendly and competent. Susie and Melinda are both great.

I was given excellent treatment at Utah Physical Therapy! All the staff were very professional and made me feel at ease. Jared Hultquist provided excellent expertise that helped me understand how I could improve some specific muscular weaknesses.

So happy Utah Physical Therapy/Chad opened the Centerville location! Jared and staff are amazing! Thanks Chad for opening up another location! I found my second miracle worker! Utah Physical Therapy is the best!

Jared is an amazing physical therapist. I was very happy with the level of care I received. The staff, Cami, is readily available for any questions or assistance. Any questions I had about care or treatment were thoroughly answered. I was never rushed. I was able to communicate any issues with or about any of the exercises and received immediate responses, whether it was an alteration of the exercise to meet my ability or pain level or to understand its purpose. Jared knew at each appointment what the trouble spots were and what needed attention. I would not hesitate to recommend Utah Physical Therapy to anyone looking for quality care. In addition to the physical excellent care, the facility has the vibe of spending time with friends and family making it an overall comfortable environment. I received care post knee replacement which is a difficult surgery to recover from. Thanks to all!
