This has been the most pleasant plumbing experience I've had. Scott was such professional, and went above & beyond. His price was well below a previous plumber had said. Beehive Plumbing quoted us for over twice the amount he did, and they were going to do less work than he did. He did the work in less time than expected. Even though I added a small project while he was here. He is the only plumber I will be using from now on.

My mom had a hum in her pipes and hot water not coming out of a basement tub. We live in Eagle Mountain, which is far, but this company was recommended to her through her realtor and they had communicated prior to his drive. When she reached out she set the expectation that she just wanted someone to come look at the issue, as she was going to get quotes from a couple different companies (very standard).
When Scott arrived to the home, he seemed frustrated from the jump. Once he found the issue and let my mom know how much it was going to be, she said it seemed a little high. Scott became unprofessional and stated so what I drove all the way down here to not get paid and continued to make multiple comments about her not wanting his services.
Im sure the drive wasnt fun, but it could have been avoided if he let us know the drive wasnt worth just an estimate. Instead he came into my 50 year old mothers home, was alone with her downstairs being very rude and unprofessional. Then proceeded to demand the amount he quoted to fix the issue, just because of his drive.
Next time, Id suggest understanding what it is exactly your potential customers is from asking and say no if a job is to far, versus aggressively trying to pressure a woman into giving you money.
Im very angry he would come into her home and be rude to her. A very larger, grown a** man.

We have had Scott do several projects for us. He is a very trustworthy tradesman. That has been fair in price and upfront about any inconveniences prior to any project. We will continue to use his services and highly recommend him to anyone seeking service. Well it has been two months since I last reviewed. I thought I would update: We just had Scott back as our water heater went out. He fit us into his schedule quickly and came out early Saturday morning and quickly completed the swap. As always I am amazed by his quick response a great work ethic. Not only did he complete this quickly but informed us that our old water heater was still within warranty so the charges were much less than anticipated - Thanks Scott. Service: Water heater installation
