Olive West

I cannot begin to describe how horribly this management company runs their buildings. I rented a 2 bedroom from their Foxboro Terrace location and it was problem after problem. Message after Message with little to no response. We dealt with cockroaches our ENTIRE lease despite multiple visits from the exterminator. Our A/C could not keep up with the heat, leaving our third floor apartment in 90 heat. It was unlivable. It took 4 days and 4 service requests for them to finally call back and fix our A/C. This is simply the tip of the iceberg with the problems we dealt with living here and renting through olive west. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend EVER using this company.

Spencer tibbits it's by far the worst landlord. Not only does he discriminate against those who may need rent assistance. He threw my family on the street because we used rent relief. I am not behind on my rent thanks to rent relief. But there's a housing shortage and finding a house is a nightmare, knowing this, he still forced us to move. I now have to leave my home, my job And my friends. I hope karma eats you alive Spencer tibbits

This company rents out several homes in my community at Gentile Station in Layton. They belatedly disregard the HOA rules and are putting residents at risk by putting up a sign that blocks the view of oncoming traffic. Olive West was instructed to remove it by the HOA but has refused to do so. On a side note I wouldnt rent from them since they are charging much more than a mortgage on the exact same units would be. Look else where for a quality management company that cares about people.

I have worked on a professional business level with Olive West since they began. Great company with very professional owners and managers. I would highly recommend them!

I wouldnt recommend any property that is managed by this company especially if Spencer Tibbitts is the regional manager. He fails to meet state mandatory inspections, a total safety hazard on this property and He himself is very unprofessional, projecting his personal prejudices by treating tenants with zero respect and easily making accusations. This property management is incompetent with handling the deposits and rent and lack proper records and try to double charge you for fees thats have been paid. With the lack of professional employees and their cluelessness, theyve done nothing but created a poor environment for their tenants.
