They worked very well with us and our insurance to get our damaged roof fixed. They took their job on our roof very seriously, throughout, and professionally. When they accidentally cut our TV cable, they owned it up and offered to pay for repairs. The owners and their crews are very friendly and welcoming, very respectful as well. Justino and his team went above and beyond to help get our roof done. They pushed for us to have Insurance cover some things which really saved us. They even put a tarp on the roof because we were worried about snowfall before the work began. I will recommend JM Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer.

We have been having water issues for a very long time and I'm a definitely a DIY kind of person, so I have done several things myself hoping to fix the problem, yet despite my best efforts, the dripping remained every time it rained or snowed. I finally threw in the towel and contacted Justino. Despite it being the middle of winter and the roof being covered in snow, and despite also having had this issue for a very long time, they came out to take a look at the roof. Noe was very friendly and he first spent a good amount of time on the roof cleaning all the snow off just to get a look at the problem. He identified the issue as being a poorly installed vent at the pitch of the roof and showed me where the water was getting in. They had supplies at my house that evening and he started on it the next morning -- in the middle of a snow storm -- and he kept working so as to minimize the damage already done to the house. Once the problem area was replaced, he came back the next day after the snow had stopped to replace the rest of the vent which may have become a problem in the future. A++ service and very reasonably priced. When my roof ultimately fails completely over the next decade or so, I know who I am going to call. Thanks again for everything!
