We lived for over a year and can't say anything but great things about the management! They are wonderful and accommodating, which is really hard to find in the apartment complexes these days. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. Their website makes it super easy to put in requests and follow up. One excellent thing is after we moved out, we got our whole deposite back! We've lived in other apartments in Utah. But even when we did a full cleaning in those places, they always found a way to keep most money or all. Like I said, these people are genuinely nice and trying to help us. Thank you Wingpointe team!

Amazing staff Tara in the office helping with my application before moving in was amazing so kind and sweet. It has been a nice living environment. Right by the freeway makes it easy to travel to work as well. My experience living here has been great. I would definitely recommend.

I love this place. The grounds keepers work so hard and the place is always in such good condition. I couldnt imagine giving this place less than 5 stars. My favorite thing they did is add spots around the facility with doggy bags for pet owners that take their animals out on the grass. And when it snows, theyre always on top of it before anyone gets up for the day.

Great place. Only downside is there's tons of screaming, bad behaving, unsupervised kids in the pool and courtyard area sometimes.
