        No one answers the phone, then when I went to try and pay my fine the doors are locked during their open hours

        Terrible picking up the phones. I probably called five or six times before I was able to get a hold of somebody. However, when I did finally speak to a clerk, she had good customer service skills and was able to quickly and efficiently help me accomplish what I needed to get done.
