        stay clear of this business. they often sent me women who were unskilled in the use of a Hoyer lift, requiring me to train them. they were not CNA's, they were just caregivers. The next day they would send Me someone new and I would have to start all over again. The CEO, Brandon, called me on a Wednesday at 5:30 p.m .and told me they would no longer be able to care for me. the aide was scheduled to come the next morning. He gave me 12 hours' notice to scramble to find someone to care for me. all he could say was that he was sorry. You just don't do that to a quadriplegic.

        Very poor kept my mom's Walker. Overpaid when my mom passed away never received the money that was left they took it. Told me I couldn't get it without showing receipts when your mom passes away there's thousands of dollars and it was only $397 that was left that needed to come to family
