We use them for events every year and the service is great but BEWARE of the random fees they will attach at the end of service. Just be respectful and let people know of all fees before they begin. No one likes the random mechanic fees. Update - Since the owner of this company doesnt understand what it feels like to go to a mechanic who tells you one price and then you pick up your vehicle and the price increased without notice. This is what this company does. The price quoted and paid for upfront should be the final price. Not a great way to do business.

Seriously you guys/girls are 1 of a kind I've worked on numerous construction jobs and see how unhumain the bathrooms get. Thank you so much for what you do you are greatly appreciated!!!

Spent 30 minutes on the phone scheduling a honey bucket delivery. Lots of hold time and Susan dropped the ball. Seemed like I was dealing with a call center who didn't know what they were doing. We had a sewage backup and 20+ people had to way to use the restroom. I was promised same day delivery. This all happened yesterday, still no honey buckey delivered. I cannot say you can count on these guys in a time of need. I'm on hold again right now and the call center cannot even get a hold of anyone over at honey bucket. Smh. I'll update my review when we see results.
