Farmers Insurance - Tanner Naylor

Tanner has been great to work with. The rate is competitive and communication is quick and straightforward. The low rating has more to do with Farmers in general. I have seen news reports of them accusing homeowners of causing damage on purpose with no evidence to avoid providing coverage. This just happened to my neighbor as well. We both had roof damage from a wind storm and watched a roofer document evidence. They claimed that the roofer damaged the roof, but we both know that wasn't true. We are considering other options, but a lot of companies charge 50-100% more.

Super knowledgeable staff, was able to answer questions and concerns I had about insurance on a potential home as a second property for renters. I spoke with a woman named Kristen she gave me a breakdown all based on my hypotheticals and other companies werent able to provide any information or answers with the norm for the area I was looking into. She definitely listened to my concerns and maybe me feel confident in my future business plans. 10/10 would recommend anyone for future insurance. Thank you so much.

Mr. Naylor and his staff are amazing! With the cost of insurance continually rising they were able to save me money. I have a teen driver and I have a speeding ticket on my record. Very impressed. Thank you!!
