Not even sure where to start. i hired andrew back in october to do some weeding and followed up with hiring him in December to do a paint job. I paid him up front to paint my living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. i was assured that he knew what he was doing and he needed better reviews on his painting so he started the job. This job has been incredibly stressful since he started. He rarely ever showed up on time and decided to just not show up a few times. It became apparent that he didnt really know what he was doing. 1. painting over wet paint. 2. spilt a 1/2 gallon of paint of floor from not putting supplies away properly 3. not cleaning or removing tape between jobs. i gave andrew so many chances to fix his work and show up on time but i finally had enough. he will take any job weather he knows how to do or not. when i asked him fix things he responded that he would fix them to my high standards. He had a ton of excuses for not being able to do the job correctly.

One of the best companies to work for has an understanding boss and a boss who actually wants to teach people and understand what people have been through and how to work with people he really wants to understand how he can make his life better through teaching other people how to do what he's doing in other words I appreciate wards pro services and a special shout out to Giovanni and Andrew thanks for being the best boss and team lead I have ever worked with you guys earned it
