Alan and his team are phenomenal. Give them a call if you are first time or have worked with others. They genuinely care about getting the best financing for you. As a result, I have financed three different loans with CFG. They are personable and take the time needed to help you understands the pros and cons of different financing options. Recently, I pursued a loan outside of CFG, only because they recommended a different lender that had a better option and rate for my needs. Alan called me to check in on how the process was going and to make sure I understood everything in the loan, terms, rates and my options even though it was not his loan or commission. It's a rare service to receive especially during a time when there is less demand and lower loan volume with todays rates.

I really enjoyed working with Alan and his team! They were easy to get ahold of and kept everything running smoothly as we worked on closing on our first home! I am so grateful for the time and care that Alan showed us as he walked us through the process and explained each step to take along the way. They made us feel important and were always there to answer our questions. This team is very knowledgeable and quick workers. They were able to help us close on our home in under 3 weeks. I have never owned a home before, and I honestly did so much research that I thought I knew everything. When I met Alan, I honestly was humbled with the amount of options that worked for me. While there was times I was skeptical, Alans re-assurance of current market trends and outlook helped me in moving forward with this decision. Additionally, Patrice Hansen was an amazing Real Estate Agent who corresponded with Alan and the Sellers of the property my wife and I purchased. I think I'd rather piss out a kidney stone than buy a home again. It's a confusing, stressful, overwhelming process. We got thru it because Alan and team were patient, knowledgeable, detailed, and efficient. We went from contract to close in less than a month and threw several curveballs at CFG along the way that they handled masterfully. If you're buying a home and haven't talked to Alan, you are making a mistake.
