Firefly Power Bike Rentals

Rented a few ebikes to ride around town. Tons of fun and the owner was so kind and helpful. Great ice cream too!

Had a great experience renting a bike and trailer and getting custard afterwards. The bike worked good. It was fun to cruise around for a few hours. I would happily do it again. The custard was awesome, a real treat. I would like to bring others back next time with me. Thanks again Dustin!

Poor experience with the employee that helped us. He seemed extremely put out to even have to get up to help us. We asked him a few questions about their setups that would work good with our young children. After not answering any of our questions, his response to basically everything was nah, l wouldnt rent that. Yup, well take your advice. Nah, well go elsewhere..

Second year in a row, we have gone. There was 10 of us in our party. Second year in a row we have had problems with bikes not having pedal assist and throttle. And then we had chains falling off. We werent given the bikes we reserved. We wanted the step through as we are short and got the ones with the bar across the top.. so it was hard to stop and reach the ground. We pulled over and waited 20/30 before he came and swapped us a bike, that didnt have pedal assist (the year before we just dealt with it, and then mentioned it after, but didnt receive compensation ) We were never offered a discount for our hassle. After he left, the bike he gave us didnt have brakes at all!!!!! These bikes are just not maintained. Not sure if we will risk a third year spending over $300 for this many problems. It was fun riding around seeing the town. Definitely can do it with 2 hrs, unless you have bike problems.
