Butterfly Lake Campground

We loved this campground! Plenty of room between campsites and beautiful surroundings. Very nice camp hosts too. Most of the campers there were in tents. The sites there seemed to be targeted towards tents and small trailers. I don't see how you can get a larger trailer in the sites. We have a 25' 5th wheel. The camp has 2 restroom sites there that I saw. It had some pretty strong smells! The beautiful lake was nice to walk around and take it all in. I heard there was great fishing there. Wow, the stars were so plentiful and bright! More than I have seen in a long time. The only concern I had was the water. As I went to fetch some water it had a brown tint to it. I just didn't trust it for drinking. Fortunately, we brought water with us.

My family and I camped here last weekend. This is such a beautiful camp ground! The spot we got was decently flat and had great spots for our tents, the bathrooms were about as clean as you can except camping. The people around us were very respectful and not too loud especially at night. I will definitely camp here again! Restrooms: As clean as you can expect for camping.

Very beautiful place with nice little hike around the lake. Lots of fishing and kayaking. Definitely, alot cooler when the temps were over 100s in the valley. Will be visiting again soon.

10 out of 10 best camp ground I have visited so far. Amazing place for fishing, camping, has a bathroom nearby, absolutely gorgeous views, fire pits with grate, and tables for eating.
