Chase Bank

While the tellers are friendly and helpful, if I need any assistance outside of checking/wire transfers, I will often be directed to someone sitting at a desk (or hiding in an office) who asks me to return only after Ive made an appointment online, even though I am often one of a few if not the only customer in the waiting room. I have banked with Chase for decades across California, Illinois, Oregon, Arizona, and now Utah, and this Heber location is the worst Ive visited. Bad enough to leave a review because yesterday I had a wonderful experience at the Orem location.

Terrible service. I went in to open a business account and they gave me a phone number to call because they didnt have an employee who could open a business account. I called and it took over 2 months to get a business checking and savings account setup. I went in today to get my auto loans refinanced from my personal accounts to my business account and they said they dont have anyone who can help me with an auto loan and told me to go online. I dont feel like waiting another 2 + months to get my loans refinanced. Ill be closing my account and using someone who cares about their customers. Very disappointing.

Worst bank I have ever been to in my life. They refused to help me. They had a bad attitude and treated me like I was some crazy person because I wanted the money out of my account. They refused to give me any information that I needed to get this squared away. The good thing was the big bosses came out and help get it figured out

Very unhelpful, cant understand the problems at hand. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Wont deactivate my account with prior request. This location is terrible and Miriam is also horrible.

Hate going to this bank, they stand around and act like you are bothering them when you make a transaction. One of the very few banks not open on Saturday ..............
