My 85 year old grandma left her cell phone on a boat rental. We called 3x a day for 3 days to ask them to look for it no luck they kept saying. Then I offered $100 as a reward and it was found within 10 minutes. When I went to pick it up they wouldnt give me the phone without giving the money first. Keep in mind this is a BUSINESS. Disgusting. And so disappointing.

I rented a few pontoon boats for a work offsite event this summer and would highly recommend them! Everyone I worked with from reserving the boats, the captains who took our large party out and the team at the desk for our check in were all wonderful. It ended up raining the day of our event, but the team was able to get us out before the weather came in and worked to make sure we had a great day even though we had to cut it short. Planning a large event for a group of 30 colleagues can be stressful but the whole team made it feel seamless. Everyone had so much fun on the water with our captains. We would definitely come back and rent from them again when we are in the area!

We had a great time kayaking then a boat ride, Captain Rob. It started with a blonde female employee that checked us in and l made our day as we thought they were sold out and we were able to get three! Then Captain Rob have a fantastic tour of the lake!! They both truly made our day! Great staff! We will definitely return.
