I would like to leave a positive review but unfortunately that is not the case. I know this is a local company, and I would like to support local business. I was needing my floors to be refinished and had an appointment set up with one of the members at Ogdens. I cleared my schedule so I could make sure I was available for the appointment. My appointment time came and went without any communication - not saying that they couldnt make it or would be late - just complete silence. Now a few days later, no one has reached out to me to reschedule or apologize for setting an appointment they could not keep. Not a good look for first impressions. Plan on going with someone else for my project.

We were so thankful for the carpet Ogden flooring installed in our basement- they were faster and more affordable than all other quotes!

We loved Ogden's Flooring in Heber City back when Matt and Nicole were the owners. They deeply cared about customer satisfaction and went the extra mile. Their installers were amazing! When Tyson took over there was little care for mistakes made. This is our second floor installed with this company and many problems with mistakes on the second installation process. There was no remedy offered and we were even encouraged to not have them redo the floor. Now with Mathew taking over the same response seems to be given regarding the mistakes, as if there is nothing they can do nor offer to us. Disappointed.

Pablo was great to work with. On time and work done as scheduled. Francisco worked very hard to get project finished on time.
