Dont order from them. Why have website to order flowers and then say it might not get delivered because there is 400 orders ahead of me. Asked for refund and they said yep no apology etc. Good luck ordering from these clowns.

I ordered a palm plant to be delivered to a business there in Heber city along with 2 balloon's. I was charged 98.00 . Now this plant would cost 16.99 at Lows or Home depot. But I went with it because I really love these people and live in another state , and wanted them to have a congratulations plant.. After 5 or 6 days they get they're little plant with no ballons. And I noticed they also charged me 5.00 for handling!? What is a handling charge? No really what is that? Is this a service that takes the calls and orders for the shop? Good luck everyone! It' a flip of a coin with them..,

I cannot say enough positive things about this floral shop! I used them for the first time this past week for a funeral. Kim was amazingly accommodating and the arrangement was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend them.

My children ordered their prom flowers from here and paid for them. My wife went today to check on the flowers (because they made a friend's flowers the wrong color) and the owner said my children didn't pay for the flowers so they didn't make them. My wife paid again for the same flowers to expedite the order and then came home to check with my children luckily my son kept his receipt. Make sure you keep your documentation/receipts as the unassuming/unorganized flower shop payment process may make you pay twice otherwise. Lee's come up with a little more seamless flower shop checkout. On the third trip down the owner did give my wife somewhat of a backhanded apology which did prompt me to give a second star.
