Jeremy and team couldn't have been nicer and more patient when installing a new fan connection for our heating system. Our system unfortunately ended up being much more difficult to install this part for than expected, and we had to shut off our furnace for the install. It was getting chilly that night and started snowing heavily, and we were worried about that with a 6mo old infant at home. Jeremy must have stayed until 7pm to make sure everything was in working order for us by the time he left, and we were so happy with the finished product. Our AC went out during this last heatwave. We had another company scheduled to come look at it only to be stood up twice. Thats when we turned to Jeremy (after several glowing recommendations in our local Facebook group), and he responded immediately. He diagnosed the problem the next morning, ordered the part, and we had cold air blowing through the house by the following day. Im a pretty curious person and Jeremy was very patient and educational answering my endless questions. He even gave us several tips on how to improve the efficiency and longevity of our system. Its a relief to know weve got someone like Jeremy around for when we inevitably need more help in the future. Service: Repair HVAC
