I bought a horse property with an older home and made a friend in the process. :) From beginning to end, Diana was friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and professional. There were some unique aspects to figure out. Diana was quick to act every step of the way and coordinate with agents and other professionals on the buy and sell sides. I stayed busy working my job and packing while Diana kept everyone on track and even helped a little with packing. It was a nice boost to have her by my side start to finish.

Diana is a flipping rockstar to work with. We bought a home, then sold a home with her. I'll share some feedback on both experiences. Three things we loved about our purchasing experience with her: 1) She's non-emotional. Despite the hype and roller coaster of buying a home, she helps you think logically and not emotionally. Her emotional intelligence helped us draw boundaries and get the biggest bang for our buck. 2) She's got genuine skills. Diana knows real estate, and when you're spending a chunk on a home, you want someone with legitimate skill, knowledge, connections, and EXPERIENCE. Truly professional. She held our hand through every process and made it an easy purchasing experience. 3) She's crazy available and on top of it. She responds fast, acts fast, and lets you know she's paying attention to details. Three things we loved about our selling experience with her: 1) She understood our goal of a quick sell, and that's exactly what she delivered. She helped us price competitively based on the market, but also understood the importance of a quick transaction. First offer, over asking price, 8 hours on the market, and more than we had planned on, YES PLEASE! 2) She'll defend you, even if it means losing a sell. We truly felt that she was in our corner and represented us very well. It felt less about the money, and more about our satisfaction. 3) She understands professional and superior presentation. The photography and video she lined up made our home look far better than it was -- we felt she understood marketing, call to action, and all the right ingredients to show off our home. Overall - an easy, low-stress, and successful experience with Diana. She knows her stuff and will treat you right.

I was looking to relocate to the Wasatch Back area and started exploring properties near Park City, Heber, and Ogden since May 2021. Having visited the area several times before, I had a pretty good idea of what amenities were important to me. I did contact several listing agents and inquired about their properties. I even made a few offers ... none of these agents followed up with me or suggested alternatives even though they had my financial information and knew that I wanted to be moved in by spring of 2022. I contacted Diana because she had a listing I was interested in. As it turned out, this property was not exactly what I was looking for, however, Diana set up a MLS search for me and showed interest in what I envisioned for my new home. She pointed out new developments and offered to do video walk-throughs since I was conducting my home search long-distance. We came across a builders spec home and Diana acted quickly to get access to the property, sending photos and videos and providing essential information about the development. Long story short, we won the bidding war and closed on the house in February 2022. The neighborhood and location are perfect and exactly what we envisioned. Diana is a pleasure to work with. After looking at several lots and properties, she helped us find a great place in Hideout, Utah. After the sale, she has continued to stay in touch and has become a great source of information and promptly replies to our requests. She is thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and the best part, not pushy. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate near Park City and/or the surrounding counties. Diana is fantastic! My husband and I were looking to buy a second home in Park City but being from Chicago, didn't know the market. I cold called Diana based on another listing she had and it turned out to be the best phone call I ever made! Diana took us around the area to look at some listings while we were there on vacation. And then we worked with her remotely to view other listings. She was so patient with us and after less than a year, we found our new home. And she gave us the best restaurant recommendations as well! I would definitely work with Diana again. You can't go wrong.
