        My annual appointment with Dr. Cook was pleasant as always. His nurse Danielle greeted me and prepared me for my appointment. She was kind, competent and professional. Dr. Cook came in and as always made me feel at ease, and is one of the kindest physicians I have ever met. I look forward to seeing him on my annual appointments. The entire staff at Heber Valley Medical Is amazing. On time appointments always.

        If I could give Dr Cook 1 Million stars, I would. After meeting with 2 Dr's who were absolutely no help at all, and weren't willing to offer treatment, Dr Cook took the time to ask me loads of questions, come to a few possible conclusions, and immediately start treatment. He's so compassionate and kind. Makes me feel like I am his #1 priority. And ends our conversations telling me I'm awesome. I leave his office feeling like a Rockstar.
