We truly appreciate the direct attention we got when my buddies and I rented side-by-sides. The process was easy and the price was fair. The rig was in good shape. The only bad part was the driving directions. We were given detailed turn steps and an old generation photocopy of a map that was not to scale. We are not from the immediate area. They REALLY need to step up this area and provide GPS mapped routes to load to programs such as Trailforks.com. No internet access is required once the route is loaded. People could choose what they want to see from multiple pre-set routes and load them to their phones or hand-held GPS's. My buddy and I could not safely navigate while driving and spent a good bit of time squinting to see the map. The desk folks did all they could but this has to improve.

Friendly, informative, no attitude staff. Even answering questions you know they answer 27 times a day they had an answer with a smile. Thanks for the help!

We had rented several times from Lofty Peaks Adventures- and thought we had found a good company to rent from (2-3 times a month, multi-day, multiple machines - over a $1,000 a time) which was fine for us. Went in last Monday, in person to book two machines for two days - worked with two people to get the multi-day booking. Found out the day before picking up - they booked single rider 4-Wheelers - not the 4-6 seater ATVs we requested and were told we’re available and reserved, before I left the store. Their remedy - “I will talk to the person who booked these.” That was it - now they lost a permanent customer that was also a consistent customer. I can’t trust their rental process anymore- nor can I trust their customer service and support. The feeling I got was they had enough business they didn’t care if the lost a customer because they were booked. Now on to find another company that wants a consistent renter and who hopefully values repeat customers. They were a 5 - but dropped to never renting again - when we found out we were not valued as a repeat customer. They didn’t even try to find a solution.
