Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Don't waste your time at the big box stores with paint. Just go to Sherwin Williams first, and you'll get it done right the first time and get quality paint. I had a great experience today with great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Thanks, Heber Sherwin Williams!

Horrible experience. I went in today on 9-24-23. The gentleman working greeted everyone besides me, even though I had been waiting and was the second person to be in the store, with a smile on my face . I finally cheerfully asked my question, to which he acknowledged, and then ignored my question. And greeted someone else. And everyone in there was looking at each other and me like what is happening? Ive never seen him before in my life, but it certainly felt like he hated me. Maybe its because I was a woman (my husband is listed on our Google account) and everyone else in there were men? Who knows. At any rate I wont be going back. So embarrassing, rude etc. Who works in the service industry and doesnt greet customers as they walk in and say something like Ill be right with you? This store. Thats who. I went to our local hardware store across the street instead, they are always friendly and willing to help. And unlike at Sherwin Williams, I found what I needed.

The paint store in Heber city is a joke they always said we know we have that product or material but we can't find it

They know very little about paint in the Heber Utah location. Wow so disappointed and the service is equally as bad. Sorry I will spend my dollars elsewhere. There is other better ran stores in Heber, and thanks to a big time painter I know where to go for good service and paint.
