Quoted me $695 dollars for a small simple job! They agreed the parts needed would cost no more than $50 and the work wouldnt take more than 30 minutes. I genuinely feel bad for the folks that would have paid that. Two stars because the lady taking my initial appointment was nice and professional.

The service tech was good to communicate arrival times and to explain the work hes was doing and made sure I understood the several options available to complete the job. Im addition the service tech, Alejandro, was very personable.

Christian was awesome. Our fridge waterline cracked and was flooding the basement. We called All Hours and asked to have someone come out the next day (to avoid any emergency costs), and they prioritized us in the queue and Christian was out first thing. He found the problem, explained our options, and finished all of the work really fast. Very grateful he was able to come out and fix the problem so quickly!
