Genene helped me purchase my first home on my own at the age of 22 and not having a clue what I was doing! Genene did everything, let me know of everything I needed to do, who to contact and what the processes would be. She took care of stuff I didn't even know about like negotiating to keep all the appliances, getting things fixed and making sure things were fixed on the sellers end! She also got me in contact with better mortgage places and made sure I wasn't being taken advantage of. I didnt have to do any communication or negotiating with the sellers. Thanks Genene!

We walked in, Mark Davis sat down with us, immediately showed us some homes in our price range. Throughout the process, Mark new a lot about finance as well, and introduced us to a loan program that increased our buying power and allowed us to find new home within our new budget.
