Love Heber valley thrift! Very organized and things are very easy to find. Great staff as well. Lots of good home decor as well as many good clothing brands that are usually so expensive for an amazing price!

First off the prices are insane. Secondly and most importantly you ask any question or make one mistake and they give the most insane attitude and don't fail to make you very embarrassed and definitely not want to come back. Ive been here twice and it was the same experience. The lady with the blue hair who checks customers out never fails to be a complete jerk and make the most friendly customers feel like idiots. Good luck creating a good experience for PAYING customers with employees who act like that.

I was checking out and a blond lady came to the checkout counter and started talking about me right in front of me. I dont even know this lady. What I gathered was I walked around the store holding some clothing items that apparently where not suppose to be moved. There were no signs with rules and no one telling people the rules. The blond lady said, I cant believe that she just took those jackets. She keep going and going on about it when I was standing right there. I think a rule of thumb is if you are going to have a problem with someone including them in the conversation especially if its right in front of their face, or if you insist of being rude at least do it when they leave. Bad form blond lady.

I just cant say enough about this wonderful thrift store!! The personnel working there are so friendly and helpful; the pricing is always reasonable and there is always a discount every day! Its a I must stop by the thrift store today! Open every day except Sundays!
